Do people realize that games have mute buttons?

It pisses me off when some guy is spamming his mic or using HLSS/HLDJ and people say "OGM STFU NUB AAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!11!!1!1!one!1!1." I'm guessing they're too stupid or lazy to mute them. In Source games you can easily just click Esc > Player List > Mute Player. I don't see why people need to make big deals about things that they can do in literally 3 clicks of a mouse.

Did you know that games have main menus? People in games are like "How do I exit?!!!11" and i just say, check the main menu. I don't see why people need to make big deals about something they can do by just pressing the esc button.
