Considering I write alot of sci-fi,fantasy, and horror and occasionally all three at once.

I usually listen to rock, or something like  "The road to death is awe" by Clint Mansell when I write.

Tried romance, didnt work out to well. Atleast pure sappy "I love you but I have to go and can never see you again,but Ill magically come back in the sequel" it just dosent work.

I'll be taking up this posting space, so I might as well use it to state that I stopped reading because I don't find interest in romance stories, nor do I find interest in romance stories coated in fur. In fact, I don't really like any romance, unless it's an undertone to the main story.

Entire story of romance is cheesy.

They're not at all just about romance, it's a part of the main plot line which usually follows the generic thing about saving the galaxy or your friends. There's actual battles and fights, space encounters, things like that. Romance is just a part of the equation.
