Sue, I was reading Stephen King's, "Under The Dome".

And there was this part where this guy chokes a woman to death and before she dies she stuffs herself and it smells terrible.

Due to the fact Stephen King is a famous and respected writer you should put in more situations including choking people to death to the point of making them defecate themselves.

Despite that, nice writing :3.
