My Games for Windows Live is all in Chinese and I cannot read it.
I attempted to reinstall it and tried making a new account but yet it still sets to Chinese language.
Is there anyway to change it?

1st) You must have set your account's country to China,
2nd) GTA IV Works for australia accounts, you must set you're account's country to Australia to make GTA IV Work.
