Should we(siblings) get 2 PSP's or 1 PS3?

Our parents said we can get either 2 PSP's and some games or 1 PS3 and some games. Which should we get? I like either cause PSP has a big screen and fallout 3/new vegas... but we can play PSP together without using the TV so our parents can watch tv while we play which cant be done with a PS3. So give me some reasons why I should get what.
