That isn't a true railgun. What you're speaking is much smaller and far, far, less powerful, like a mag-gun. Railguns come in all shapes and sizes, some more or less powerful than others. The power of these weapons increases and decreases with size.
Now all of you need to stop thinking that you alone have the right definition, and work together. It's no use if you can't agree what it is you're making.
