I like to, like many, make wars with bots when im bored and offline. I wanted to make bots follow me but the run into me and i also want them to go to a specific spot on command but that also hard so what im asking for is a menu that pops up when you type somthing or set as a key and it show slots, to get a bot into a slot click a recruit button then click on a bot then he will go into a formation, then you have the option of fire at will which will make the bots shoot anyone they see on sight, hold fire, or only return fire. Next there should be a move button next to each bots slot, you click then click on a spot you want him to move to (there may be problems with that though i predict due to walls mainly) and 1 more option that makes the bot either go prone or stand, there should be a live update of what he is doing. Heres a sketch of what it could look like

I know its not that amazing and colorless but its a sketch so please give constructive comments

I think the way we would have it is where you are looking at a specific bot and use a key bind to open the GUI. Then choose an option for the bot. That way you can easily change the events to a bot. As soon as we have someone confirm this is possible, I'll start working on the GUI.

yeah i like that idea, and no you make a spawn set the bot as vehical, click it then it follows you but not run into you thats what i dont like about event that

oh and a new idea, could there be a button on a bots slot that says attack target, then you click on the enemy

That wouldn't work with bot events.

Also not possible without first setting events.

well could there be a bot that already has this, like the gangster ai already shoots everyone when it spawns without eventing

I suggest making them have to plant an item that you throw down like an airstrike beacon. Then they use GUI (or GUI pops up) and they select 1 soilder and the stuff they do with it
THEN if they have soilders after they open thier GUI and do stuff
