The other topic was too old.

Forza Motorsport 3 is a racing simulation, think of Gran Turismo, only better and for Xbox 360.

It features over 400 cars from over 50 manufacturers. The racing is amazing, and the physics are great, besides the damage, which is still okay. (As many have said before they can't show realistic damage in games with licensed cars, or they'll have to pay the companies to depict how unsafe some of their cars can be.)

I have yet to get it, but i've played the demo, and i've played it at gamestop before. You can pick anything from a Honda Civic to a Bugatti Veyron. You can tune and paint your car to meet your standards. It's by far the best racing sim i've played.

why do racing games look like real photos

Because the developers work hard to deliver a realistic driving game.

Also, this game rocks.

I was thinking of buying a civic si once I get it, and tuning the forget out of it.

Cars are almost always terribad once you upgrade it more than 2 classes.

Ah, well i'll see what happens when I actually buy the game. I have the money, my Xbox just isn't reading any discs.

I bought a Civic, started at class E, 125 or so, long time since I did it, upgraded it to class A, 560 or something like that, and all it was good for was drag racing :v

I have the VW Rabbit/golf (forgot) that starts with a PI of 100 (F class) upgraded to be in the mid R3 class. It plows through every single corner even with racing tires and all handling upgrades plus tuning.

I did that too, Saber, I swear... it was awesome, but on one specific track, if you hit the corner just right you'd flip like stuff insanely.

The sweet, sweet graphics. <3

I only start up Forza when I want to tune something. :D

How many of you have done the endurance races?
