not really, the custom campaign developers are lazy asshats and wont make more.
the weapon developers suck
on top of it, moving in snow is impossible with a modded character
and any bomb with an explosive radius of over 50 pixels will lag and crash the damn thing
especially with you being a maccigarette and having a stuffty windows pc
