What game is this?

I got a PC game a while back and it looked really fun. But I forgot to install it on my computer and at some point I lost the game( ._. ). Anyway, Ill try to describe it the best I can remember. I think it was an online rpg, you could choose different races to play as. I think there was like elf, halfling(or half elf?) half giants some kind of cat humanoid and some weird alien lizard thing. I think you could even play as dragons. You could fight zombies or other players I think. Thats all I can really remember. If you know a game like this please tell me the name of it. I would really like to see if I can buy it again.

I know it wasent oblivion. You could play as an actual dragon dragon. And the cat things looked like jaguars and cheetahs, not like khajiits.

I'm not incredibly sure, since I didn't play it all that much, and it was more than 8 years ago. The races you described fit the description, though. I remember that a big part of the game was taking on dragons with raid groups. Dragons were the main bosses at the time.
