You're interfering with my right to not be annoyed by low life idiots who cuss! For people who say What right? Look at constitution amendment #9"Citizens entitled to rights not listed in the constitution unless it interferes with other peoples rights. That isn't the what it says, but its a simpilized version.
You do realize that cursing does fall under the rights of the first amendment, and by us doing so it doesn't impede on your rights at all?
The 9th amendment states:
"The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."
Which, in a modern-day English translation, means that you have other rights that might not be listed in the Constitution. For example, the right to own a cell phone or walk on the street.
