WARNING: This is just my opinion! Don't nerd rage over it.

Graphics: 9/10
     Textures: 10/10
     Models: 10/10
     Effects: 9/10
     Optimization: 7/10
Conclusion: The game just looks beautiful in its open environments and brings back good memories of Halo: Combat Evolved. Sadly they did overdue some stuff like the overuse of motion blur. Just people walking are emitted with motion blur and it can be very annoying. Optimization was also poor. I'm guessing this was built for the newer 360s that have better specs but not everyone has those versions. I get some noticeable frame rate drops especially on the first mission in campaign.

Gameplay: 9/10
     Single-Player: 8/10
     Multi-Player: 10/10
Conclusion: The game's campaign is relatively short based off my friends and it doesn't offer a big difference from the other Halo campaigns. The only new thing is basicly the space fights which I have yet to still reach. The multi-player is just great though! Their matchmaking has definitely been kicked up a notch but you can no longer view films in theater with friends anymore.

Stability: 8/10
     Glitches: 7/10
     Graphic Tearing: 9/10
Conclusion: There are still some glitches left over from the beta that apparently they neglected to fix. There were also some noticeable cases of texture tearing but I believe that was caused by their new "Impostering" system.

CONCLUSION: The game is really enjoyable but I feel that it seemed rush. There's not a lot of maps and most of the maps are forged maps in Forge World. There have been major improvements though and I suggest grabbing a copy whenever you can. Where the game lacks in some places, it also makes up for it. This game gets an overall rating of: 9.5/10

Dammit do I get this or wait for Dead Rising 2. :(

I totally agree with you on the motion blur issue. I started playing and I immediately noticed it.

The story was excellent though, and the game ended just the way it should have. Perfect.

I was really hoping for forge world NPC spawning

national socialist zombies flood style anyone?

Skelo am dissapoint, slightly

If Reach was research, I would have shriveled balls.

the story was terrrrrrrible.

it made sense.

Well, the ending is already given away. From the book, and the other 3 games.

GIANT loving LASERS AND EVERYONE DIES
HAPPY ENDING

The ending was sad yet cool.

It's like Star Wars
"Done with Return of the Jedi! You know what, in 16 years, let's make prequels to the series!"
"Wouldn't people already know the en..."
"Shut up"

Effects deserve a 10, the new engine allows twice as much particles than the original for Halo 3.
