Unless of course you jailbreak and install Frash.

Good luck trying to play Blockland on a wireless piece of stuff with a tiny antenna. Seriously, don't even try.

IT FEELS LIKE IM ACTUALLY TOUCHING THAT BLOCK GUY WITH MY FINGER

stop fingering the poor blockhead.

yes yes you can "hack" and use 3rd party software.
but then why do you need an ipod at all if it already cant do what you want?

pay for the most expensive possible option for a smartphone or mp3 player, and it cant do what you want. good job.

this is why apple and mac owners are so stupid

No no, silly boy. You buy an iPhone or iPod Touch for the amazing app store (and don't say the alternatives like the Blackberry app store are better, because they aren't). It can do what we want, the Flash thing is just a little hiccup. Buying a different product, that has Flash but doesn't do everything else that you want is stupid.

Most don't care about the Flash thing. Notice how its only Microsoft national socialists who get aggressive and angry?

Not the Ipod touch, Ipad would be better. It would still be a downgraded version of Blockland though due to performance issues.

Packaged flash applications (specifically ActionScript 3 projects) can run on the ipod, Adobe published an application in CS5 that lets you compile flash projects as native ios applications. Many of the games on the system are just flash games ported over (off the top of my head there is Sushi Cat but I know there's lots more). When people mentioned flash I'm pretty sure this is what they're talking about.

ported flash games as apps? :\
that is not the same thing as generally running flash from websites. that is where flash matters

the Flash thing is just a little hiccup

half the websites that you can visit have flash objects. its not just about watching cartoons or playing games.

lacking this very basic webscript is like saying
"we dont need java"
"lets just browse like its 1990"

An iPod/iPhone can't take all that info. It won't work. Sorry bro.

torque can be used to make iphone games

just saying
