you get used to them, I've had mine for almost two years.

the worst part is the tightening and the rubberbands, the rubberbands restrict the width of your mouth (stfu this has nothing to do with oral) and they hurt like forget.

I have a biteplate (retainer without the wires, pretty much, so I don't grind my teeth) and it makes my mouth feel like it's smaller.

It is because in forth grade I broke my tooth in HALF on a chair. It pushed an aldult tooth behind itself but that tooth is suposed to go next to it. :c

They said to cut the apple into apple slices, then eat carfully. No hard cant, They said no gum, but I chew it any way. I also have braces. Hope this helps!
