That image is 100x70 multiplied by 5.

This is the last thing I need help with.

Do the loving math.
Use the select tool to find out how long and how wide the square is.
Then, divide the long side by 100 and the short side by 70.
They should both equal the same number.
70 x that number = short side of the rectangle you want
100 x that number = long side of the rectangle you want

it's not rocket science.
