Get a better PC

If you're running on low settings and DX8 then your computer is just good enough for low player servers, but servers with high amounts of players should be avoided at all times.

I had to do that too, now I average 30-60 FPS on highest settings.

Im not upgrading my graphics card. This one I got last week or so.

If you need to turn all settings to lowest and you still get slowdown sometimes, then that means your pc isn't up to par
