glo-in-the-dark playertype

k, my bro was saying "no."  to the item glowstick on RTB, and then he said this:  "Tell ya what, when they come out with a glow-in-the-dark playertype, we can dowload that."  And I squeeled.  (yes, actually)

So, if you can, PLEASE make a glowing playertype (or a command which enables you to glow)  at least a certain body part.  And by glowing, I mean like the glowstick.

I dont think anyone will want to make it, but it seems like a good idea. But needs to have admin supervision so people dont abuse it.

it's a pretty simple matter of changing the textures, as far as i can tell.
i'd make it if i cared enough or saw any use.
