I have reinstalled it many, many times. The only time it works is the autolaunch straight after installation.

Also my copy isn't broken, it works on other computers. I have both the expansions too.

This happens to me sometimes with Blockland.You may not have enough RAM anymore to handle the game. I suggest checking your RAM and checking the RAM needed for the game. If it's too low, I'd say go get some new RAM chips.
