So in my honors history class this year we have 3 textbooks (well 2 are actually textbooks and the 3rd is more of a novel type thing), all of them are complete horse stuff. They aren't made of paper, they are in fact pieces of horse stuff that have been dried until they're hard enough to chisel a book shape out of.
Book the 1st: The main text, full of bitching and white guilt. For example, the book spends a page talking about how horrible the kool kids klub is (it is horrible by the way) and spends almost no time talking about the militant Black Panthers and how they hate white people. There is no chapter without some kind of bitching about white heteroloveual males loving over some other group.
Book 2: This book reads like a novel, a quality I hate about history text, the chapter about the Cuban Missile CrCIA is barely a summary of the crCIA, whereas the chapter about the civil rights movement drags on for far too long, made up mostly of stories about how much white people suck.
Last book: We haven't started on this one yet, but it is basically more of the same.
