The signs would be in German if that were the case.

Not to mention the filename is "Bronx Ghetto.jpg".

I live far down that side road to the right and pass those shops everyday on my way to school/work. You can also notice the shop "Love Shack" which is the one next to the shop with the green sign next to Kelly's Wines. That shop is full of women's underwear. I like that shop.
