System 32 makes windows work.
It's useless, delete it.

Anyhow, that's strange.

The Windows OS was made specifically not to work. It was made to be overly complicated and to take years to learn, or at least three of four books. Besides the massive registry, it features a command prompt, a run prompt, different file locations holding different files and DLLs which keep Windows alive.

The Mac OS is made for babies who cannot deal with the Windows OS.

Linux is made for basement dwellers who are more concerned about their OS than life.

Yeah, it's useful to boot in whenever Windows forgets up and you need to recover some data from C disk. Otherwise it's useless.
