oh, and just for clarification by "torch" I mean it travels sideways, so you have to figure some way to create five seconds or more seconds of enough pressure to push plasma out a sideways barrel.

Residual particles (only plasma must leave barrel)

Be able to reload (refill fuel, fire again for >5 seconds.)
