That's weird. Anyways, like I said before, a couple issues with what you're asking. First, I don't think you can send steam wallet money. Second, even if you could, someone would have to go first and they stand the risk of getting ripped. Third, you're probably going to have to add some sort of extra incentive. Anyone who has the means to do this would usually buy keys for 1.35 each, and anyone nice enough to do this for you probably doesn't have the means to.

I'm having the same problem with mine! Turns out I'm too young to own a PayPal account anyway, so my dad set up a Student Account underneath his name...works perfect. All of this happened yesterday when I was selling my Lego 9v Train Tracks.
