i think that the price of new perks should rise exponentialy, while the usefulness is linear, and goes on forever :D
as well as the slots, 10 slots instead of 4, getting huge prices with more slots
That would cause a richer nation to become the superpower. Even with our mining goods, derma could still be overpowered. Imagine if derma had Damage 3, Regen 3, Speed 3, Falling Safety 3, and all of the extra EXPs. While Elrad, vanote, and oloni only have 3 perks. No one would join the others, unless buying seeds w/e.
And I'm just using Derma as an example. You can replace it with any of the nations.
