Is it possible to download v16 for Mac? I tried getting it from the main site, but it just gives me v17. I need to downgrade for a dedi server, because v17 has server problems for Mac.

No its not.
See, I need version 16. Not version 17, named as version 16. Because when you open it, inside is v17. And when you run it, its v17.

But apparently it won't work anyway, so oh well. I assume the v16 link is just to keep everyone up to date-- even those download links that are linked to older versions.

Yes, however there was one case where this wasn't true. When Badspot released V15, V15 servers were on a new list, while V14 servers were on the old list.
