THEN THE HYPERION FIRES A TNT BLOCK AT 9001 POWER LEVEL AND BLASTS THE HELL OUT OF WHATEVER YOU WANT

It's basically TNT blocks in a water flow that are activated when you press the button, and they don't blow the cannon up since the water flows under them, and I also forgot to mention that you also place a block above the end of it(On top of wire) and activate it right as the main blocks are about to blow, which propels it forward.
