Author Topic: I'm thinking about getting GTA San Andreas for my PC.  (Read 1326 times)

Well, i did have san andreas on the PS2 but my little sister ruined the disk. So i saw a good deal on Ebay it costs $8.99 and $3 shipping, It also has like 6 more in stock. I was thinking if anybody had it for PC, could you tell me what it's like on a computer and not a PS2? Like cheat codes, controls and gameplay. I figured gameplay would be the same gameplay, but it might have different easter eggs and stuff.

I'm a little girl who plays GTA XD

Somewhere right now, Jack Thomson just killed a puppy.

If you get it, buy a controller.

Holy forget buy a controller.

The helicopter controls for mouse+keyboard are so abysmally bad, I can't even begin to explain it.

Otherwise, it's really good for PC. Better controls for everything except helicopters, better graphics, easily moddable, multiplayer, user radio tracks, etc.

This was the one i was talking about.

It looks good it's pretty cheap.

It has multiplayer.

Cool. But is there a way i could play it one player, without internet on my laptop?

Hurrr. Yes. You can play the game in one player mode.

big smoke is a friend
who cant aim for stuff

which is why you use WASD+arrow keys

Foget GTA. Get Burnout.

No it's BAD. You need WASD + arrows + mouse all simultaneously.
Q and E are rotate CW and CCW.
W and S are raise and lower.
A and D are bank left and right.
↑ and ↓ are tilt forward and backward.
Then the mouse is for camera controls, which don't auto-center in in helicopters, so you need it.

It's really frustrating, especially at the flight school and Zero's RC mission.

You say that like they're the same kind of game.

CTRL to shoot

but thats just because i dont feel like getting a controller now

Can't actively compare the two and promote one over the other.
They're both about Cars, but, Burnout is just about cars and racing, GTA is about much more.

GTA:SA, defintely the best GTA game by far.
Gotta love that micro-managing.

Also, I never did so, nor have I seen it, but apparantly if you get too fat and have too little Stamina and Muscle, or something like that, you can die from a Heart-Attack.
Can anyone back that up, or have I just heard rubbish rumours?
