First of all, you can't apply for AA since it's full. Second, you don't apply by building, you have to do a flight test. And third, nobody wanted you there and I'm quite glad they banned you.

If you actually want to be in the server, I suggest one, not taking to anyone because they will probably become annoyed by you, and two, only flying planes.
