In-game addon UN-loader

I know there's an addon that loads addons ingame if you forgot to enable them, but I always hate when I forget to un check a certain add on. So could someone make that? Basically the opposite of the ingame add on loading.

Simple, shut down the server and uncheck the add-on. Or if you're in a mini-game don't enable the add-on...
