You guys are missing the point. Its about as convenient to open another program at the same time, as it is to use Skype to talk to each other rather than have an in-game text messenger.

Even if it were possible for me to, I would never consider adding it to RTB. I'm pretty certain Badspot would never consider adding it to Blockland either.

Voice chat adds nothing to a sandbox game - It's a useless feature and a waste of time that could be better spent making/improving content and functionality.

I can imagine it already - "TURN ON VOICE CHAT AND LISTEN TO MY SCREAMS OR ILL BAN YOU!!!!!11"

Just use Teamspeak or Ventrilo or Skype or something like that if you need voice chat.

It adds voice chat. :P
It could be useful for minigames, I know from experience its far easy to talk when your in a DM than type. You can give each other clues to where people are hurr.

By the way Ephialtes, I wasn't supporting this idea or demanding that you make it, it just seems like something that only RTB could (and should) include.
