I have this idea for someone to make an FN FAL assault rifle.
If I attempted to make it, it would take around 2 months for me to make
the model. So I decided to post my idea here, in
suggestions and requests.

Could someone who's good at modeling and scripting make it?

Not everyone can cater to your every need and reply the second it's posted.

Also, no one is just going to give you a model to take.

Not everything has to be a "Beta" test. Learn what beta is.

It's most likely going to turn out as every other assault rifle. Overpowered.

I would like to see your actual scripting skills.

I can make a Model of It; Ill do it for fun, weather you want it or not :) Im going to make it blocko style but if you want me to re-make it realistic style i can and will :)
