a noob comes on to the server I'm admin on and said Hey I know the host Disconnected can I have admin
Now if you have been on disconnected's server you'll know its pretty strict with admin it took me 3 months of being there and helping almost every day and only people he knows in real gets s a. Admin's cant even load so with a server like this and there's about 13 people on. straight away I message disc and turns out he lied so what does the noob say? "Well I at least know him so can I have SA. then I say no and he said "I just want to load".

Translation:

Someone joined the server in which I'm admin and this person who joined said that he knows the host, Disconnected, and asked if he could get Admin.
Now, if you've been on Disconnected's server you would know that he's pretty strict with making someone admin. It took me 3 months of being on his server and helping almost every day! And still, only people he know will get Super Admin. Normal Admins can't even load. There's about 13 people on right now.
I messaged Disc ASAP and it turns out that the guy who joined lied, so after I told him that he was lying he said: "Well, I at least know him, so can I have Super Admin?", I said no and then he said: "I just want to load".

Someone joined the server where OP was admin on, the server was hosted by Disconnected and the person claimed to know Disc.
OP thinks this person is a "noob" and "fails" because the guys who joined (demolition man) asked for admin and claimed to be a friend of Disc.

how hard is it to understand that?

He said somebody joined Disconnected's server and asked for admin so he could "load" saves. Although there is an add-on that allows only super admins to load things, so the guy asks if he can be super admin and when it was denied he throws a tantrum.
