To get the power guitar combo card you must get the rockband surviors, then take them back to the safehouse, one of them gives you the card.

You get the power guitar combo card from survivors mid game ish.

They are on stage with guitars rescue them and theyll give you the card for it.


Anyways im nearly level 50 so all my exp grinding and helping friends out with the game has lagged my game progress severly, im only at 5-2 or somthing.
