2 things wrong with this.  "Oh this is illegal if you ___, so don't ____." People ARE going to illegally download it.  But that doesn't matter, because it's illegal anyway.  It's still loving illegal even if you own the game, the act of downloading a rom is illegal.  Have a fun ban.
