regardless of .22 being a bullet and rainbow being a weakling, it's super duper weak adn the gun is a semi automatic rifle, there isn't going to be any recoil to the point where you need to take alot of time to get out your next shot.

Well, Mr. Ballistics Specialist, a bullet will still kill you and a .22 is probably as dangerous as a normal round because it doesn't have enough propulsion to exit the body. It's small and is likely to bounce around and tear up more flesh.
