Should I get Lego Universe? It cost $40 plus:
$10 a month for 1 month
$8.75 a month for 6 months
$7.50 a month for 12 months


So, should I buy it? If not, what should I buy, requirments:
*Must be for Wii, DS, or PC. Not for Xbox, Playstation, ect.
*Can't be Rated M. T or below
*Needs to work with Windows 7
*Steam is helpful, a game from there would be great.

I wouldn't get it if I were you. I played the beta, and it really focuses more on the adventure mode, and not the building. (If that's why you're thinking about buying it.)

Anyways, if you want a fun game to get, I would either get,
Minecraft
Star Craft II: Wings of Liberty (Both of these are not on Steam.)
