Amnesia. I found it better than Penumbra in a lot of ways. Still gives you the feeling that you're trapped, and something very bad is going on that you're having a hard time getting away from.

Try STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl. If you get a total conversion mod that updates graphics and tweaks the lighting/textures, the underground labs can be damn near literally pant stuffting, especially if you play them at night.
