Actually I do live in Utah, and I am not too far away from the "poor" part of town. Almost everyone there is mexican (not tribal - it's a fact), works their ass off (opposite of the rich people on the other end of town), and sends their kids to school to get a better education and get out of poverty. Of course, it's rare they could afford college.
