He seems fast too me.

Demoman have a slower-than-average move speed (like 90 something % iirc). They go even slower with the scotsman's scullcutter, but can run around pretty fast after taking a few heads with the eyelander.

Do they really move slower than 100? I never realized that. I guess it's because of such a little difference in speed.

It's pretty small, but it's definitely noticeable when you're an engineer, spy, or sniper running alongside them.

2. As a scout, jump on peoples heads and hit them with the bat. It works suprisingly well on heavies.

They lost the voice actor for the medic a while ago.  And I bet they want to do pyro last, so we will probably have to wait until they either get the medic's voice actor back or they change their mind and do the pyro vid.
