Oh they also have a $6-$7 fee for the card plus a minimum deposit of $20 onto it
Yeah but that's only if you are inactive with the card for a certain period of time which is usually a while, like 2 months or so. As long as you use up all the money on the card then there is no monthly fee. Also, get a Master Card prepaid one, the Visa ones/costumer service suck ass.

i use debit for everything in my life.
only fools carry cash or checkbooks.

Why not?

Do this but remember if the vendor is outside of the your country it won't work.

What are you talking about? I've bought products from America fine using a New Zealand gift card from the post shop.

Debit cards here don't work on online sites. You can only do PayByCash with them which requires bank transfer.
But luckily the bank my mom uses has the feature to create online credit card. You set the limit how much it can take from bank account (you can't take credit with it) and then copy paste all the numbers. It costs 1$ to make tho. :D

check it out. this is how bisjac rolls.
-two wellsfargo checking accounts, one for online use and one for everyday normal stuff.
-the USbank card is my monthly native money, thats where the tribe deposits it (and today is the 15th, so when i go out i can grab those moneys lol)
-my etrade debit, and paypal debit. in case i want to use those balances.
-and like 25 bucks. for when that gay mcdonalds is like "our system is down" or when you are trying to split paying for food with the friends.

but you see how all the cards have that little credit card logo. thats what changes em from a cash atm card, to a debit card. and allows them to go online.

online banking is for the big boys. - this is wellsfargo online
transfer money back and forth to paypal and etrade in a second.
or move money from one account to another (like how your online debit is usually kept empty until you need it)

bump for walmart;

i think you have to be 18 to buy one, but like a gift card an adult can buy one for anyone.
and even an underage person can go to walmart with cash to get cash deposited on it when he wants.

my mom just loving went to walmart 5 minutes ago.

You need a bank account for a paypal card, and if you already have a bank account why not just register for a card from your bank?

If you dont have one get your mom to set you up a student account or something
UK PayPal doesn't need a card attached to it.  :cookieMonster:
