Okay i know i already made this but when i asked for an online image converter people kept saying "I'll Resize it" "Let Me Resize It For You" NO i want to resize it give me a website that can resize images to 75x75 if you don't have a website then

Just use an image editing program such as Paint.Net or GIMP. Don't mess around with those stuffty online converters, you get much more flexibility in programs such as Paint.net or GIMP
