Author Topic: Not able to connect to my own dedicated server?  (Read 723 times)

Hi guys, I put up my dedicated server to run my stuff, but it wont let me connect, Its not my internet because I can connect to other dedicateds and stuff.

apparently others are reporting the same problem, is there a way to fix this?

Tried:
Quitting blockland and restarting server
Restarting computer and restarting server

Nothing worked.

Try changing the Port the server uses, or try Port-Forwarding again.

Can you explain more fully? As in, can you see the server? Does it keep saying "Sending Punch Packet"? What?

Also, are you trying to join through LAN or internet? Is the server on a different computer than the client?

I never port forwarded, did badspot remove the anyone can host thing?

Also it just says connecting to IP, but nothing else, yet my console says the server is running.

badspot remove the anyone can host thing?
no, why would he do that? and not everybody can host, only people with the UPnP enabled or port forwarded, and he did that for the only reason to stop people from spamming his email with questions

Can you answer ALL the questions please?
