It's not present by default, but it's drastically improving performance for a lot of people with Nvidia cards who were suffering from unplayable framerates, such as myself. I'm not sure exactly what it does, but I'm glad it's doing it.

That's amazing!  I can now run it on ultra, plus 8x anti-aliasing.

This would be the case if you bought it several months after it came out. You didn't. You have to accept that there will be problems after launch.

I should expect for the basic function of the game to work when it's released.  This isn't a beta, it's the final game.

Two questions.

1. Is it possible to take the weapons from this and put them into Fallout 3 and vice versa?
2. Is there a .dll like that for fallout 3?

FO3 doesn't have performance problems like New Vegas.

Well I should be able to run it on roughly medium settings, but I lag on bare minimum settings. I figured there would be something to fix it.

Also I can run Oblivion on high and they're somewhat similar.

So who besides the Brotherhood can give me Power Armor training? I'm stuck using Reinforced Combat Armor mark 2 which while badass, isn't as good as I'd like. Cazadors still wreck my stuff.
Also is it me or are Ballistic fists total gamebreakers? I have less than 20 unarmed skill and I'm taking down power armored BoS Paladins in two punches.
