I've never had a glitchness problem on PC, ever. I always hear people saying consoles are glitchy and a motherforgeter on a brownie, though.

Never glitched that I can remember in all the time I played F3 on 360 and I haven't been on NV.

Animations are better but the thing about being bad on new hardware is true from my experiences.
