i hate when people complain about "low" fps's of 15 fps.
its really not that bad even if there is something wrong with the game

15fps is absolutely terrible, especially at such a low resolution

How about this: Stop staring at your damn fraps overlay and play the game.  I get a constant 15 fps in shattered horizon, it's not that bad.

I put fraps on for the screenshot, I don't play with it on. Topping out at 16 fps, on low settings mind you, is way too low to play, especially for a first person shooter. I don't give a forget what you say.

It's not a matter of graphics, it's a matter of playability. If was getting poor performance on the highest settings, I would have no room to complain cause I could lower the settings. That's not the case, I can't lower them any more.

Man I can't stop doing side quests. I've barely started the main quest :I

So I killed some legion guys because I think they're kind of richards and I wanted some good armor. Almost right after I started combat with these two schmucks right in the middle of nowhere, my reputation goes to "Shunned". That's understandable. Then a passing trade caravan kills some more legionnaires and now I'm hated. Shortly after that a pair of legion assassins show up, say I'm marked for death and attack me. Holy stuff i can barely do any damage to them what the forget is this.

Is there any way to regain favoring so I don't have invincible hit squads tracking me down, and does wearing the legion "disguise" make NCR troopers and other factions open fire on me?

Also, where do you get power armor training?
