Alright. here's what you do.
Go to
www.Mibbit.com and press the start chatting button.
then type in a screen name you want (Channel not neccesary).
Then in the chat box type: /server irc.centralchat.net
finally, when you are at the main central chat server, type: /join #rtb
WALLAH!
you have now access to RTB irc without the neccesity of RTB.
Go and try it. it works.
Simpler:
Go to
www.Mibbit.com and press the start chatting button.
then, at the top where it says username you will notice a drop box filled with IRC services.
find centralchat and click it.
then in channel, type #rtb. you should get in just like if you did it with the instructions at the top of the page.
