Author Topic: forget you, Audacity.  (Read 2611 times)

I opened a song up, cut the part I want to loop, split the stereo tracks, make each track mono, and exported it as an .OGG VORBIS file. When I play it in Blockland, it's not the looped part I selected.

IT'S THE WHOLE loving SONG.

I need help with this. Anybody?

If i'm correct, you're supposed to select the part that you don't want to trim.

So? Doesn't mean you have to fly off the rails at us. The situation is not urgent, you haven't lost tons of work... Your emotion towards the situation is preposterous. If anything, we should be upset with you for your pointless raging.

Wrong section, And you removed the part of the song you wanted to loop, Learn some SKilz

Well, music always seemed like it was full of those "Taking requests plz lol" threads, and it doesn't have one of those "No help, no suggestions, no requests" threads so I assumed the rules were a bit more lax here. I actually ninja edited something like that out of my message because I wasn't sure it applied here.

Just select a part out of the whole song, there's no need to cut/trim it.
Then just:
File > Export Selection.

Well pardon me for my excess stupidity.

Locking.
