New Xbox 360 Slim

I just got the New Xbox 360 because my old one was not reading disks.
When I got home Microsoft would not let me have access to my account
that has over 100,000 Legit Gamer score. I have to go to game stop Tomorrow
and get a transfer cable so I can transfer my account. So Its cool but
I have to wait a day.

why would an account that keeps a score not be something that isn't saved on a Microsoft server or something? i mean its like 10kb of data.

Did you try recovering the gamertag on the xbox with the right e-mail and password?

May have something to do with transferring the licenses of the games he bought off the arcade or something. I never had to actually transfer the data of my gamertag from on xbox to another, I just had to choose the gamertag recovery option on the new xbox.
