Fallout New Vegas Glitch.

This peice of stuff won't let me look around with the right joystick. I've tried using a different controller, restarting the game, restarting the xbox, all that stuff.

I WAS LEVEL 13.

The most money they will give me for it is loving 25.00. Anyone have this problem, and if so, can you fix it?
I know it's not my xbox, or controller, so what is it?

Im level 13 with 5 rare weapons. I ain't backing out so easy.

Blame Obsidian.  I've been waiting about a week for a fix for a game breaking bug now.

But you can't even use the rare weapons unless you fix your game, so restart.

Maybe it is your xbox, or your controller. And you just don't know it. Have you tried with any other games? =\

Here's how it started. I fast traveled to posidon gas station, suddenly, I couldn't use my joystick.

Hmm. I now have 2 possible ideas to fix.
