Author Topic: Does anyone have a good Science Fair Project. I NEED HELP!  (Read 1882 times)

I need to think of a project by TOMORROW and I am almost clueless as to what I am doing. I need to think of a good science fair project by tomorrow because I need to turn it in that morning! Something that has to do with planes, aerodynamics, or aviation in any way please! But mostly, I need a good, 5th grade-level idea that has all of the following:

  • Problem/Question: The general curiosity to be explored.
  • Hypothesis: A testable statement. (I believe...because...)
  • Simplified procedure: Brief description of plan to test Hypothesis.
    a. Variable: The single factor to be manipulated or changed.
    b. The Controls (all factors that are held constant in all groups in the experiment)
  • Check any of the following that your project will use
    ____human subjects                         _____animals

____substances from the environment (water, etc)

Note: I just copied this text from the paper that is right infront of my face.

I got notice of it 4 days ago.

Procrastinator.

I thought about it Monday and Tuesday (on Wednesday I had so much homework I couldn't think about it)

Any ideas?

Do plants grow differently in different colors of light?
Get a bunch of colored transparent plastic, all different colors, and the same amount of plants + 1. That one will be a control, it won't have plastic but everything else applies. Put each one around the plant, so the light will become that color. Give them each the same dirt and same amount of water. Record their heights at the end.

Please let me know what to put on the paper.

Mix together bleach and ammonia in a cup.

You should be able to figure that out yourself.

Give me science fair ideas for 8th grade Gogogo

You should be able to figure that out yourself.

I was saying that the project he said wouldn't work because it didn't fit the paper, I hoped he would figure that out by himself.

Explain how forgetin magnets work.

Dude, I'm in the exact same situation. except it can be any branch of science and its a really big science fair
I've thought about disabling the gene in fruit flies that allows them to loveually differentiate between male and female and see if this results in lower population over time compared to non-disabled fruit flies but I am extremely phobic of larvae.
